​About our Company:
We are a local company contracted with FedEx Ground. Our routes dispatch out of DuPont, WA and service Lakewood, University Place, Steilacoom, Lewis McChord, DuPont, and Rochester. Routes typically consist of 80-120 stops per day.

We value safety and teamwork in our workplace culture!
We are in need of a driver to operate a 20-25 foot long step van delivery truck.
4 or 5 day workweek schedules available.

We are looking for full time and part time drivers. Part time positions have the possibility of becoming full time. Come join our team!

Requirements:
  • At least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have 6 months of verifiable commercial driving experience (no CDL required) within the last 3 years.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and random drug screens.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Prefer a clean driving record (no more than 2 offenses in the last 3 years will be accepted).
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred.
  • Must be able to drive a 20-30 foot delivery truck comfortably.
  • Military base clearance is a bonus!
  • Must pass a DOT physical, be injury free, and in good physical health.
  • This is a physically demanding position. You must be able to manage packages of all sizes frequently up to 60 lbs. and less frequently up to 150 lbs. with hand cart provided.

Pay:
Starting wage $19.00 per hour, with structured pay increases based on hours worked and performance.
Paid weekly by direct deposit.

Paid Holidays after 3 months
Paid Vacation after 1 year
